The Self-Driving Car Nanodegree

I have decided to make the commitment for the next three months to explore the field of self-driving cars. I am nervous about what to expect and how I might cope with the expectations of the coursework, but I have decided to move forward.

The introduction I will be receiving to the deep learning and machine vision side of this field, I hope will be exciting. I look forward to it.

I look forward to exploring the algorithms that make image recognition possible and as efficient. I also look forward to applying machine learning in a practical manner.

Machine vision seems to have come a long way since its inception and has a long way to go. It will be exciting to see one of its most nuanced applications from up close.
